Tied to the fixed 30-day Glitch Moon cycle.
Error 411, "missing player," is tied to the Glitch Moon night, a fixed 30-day cycle that /fastevents does not speed up, and only triggers if no other Moon event is currently running.
It chases the player and drops "error" blocks around itself as it moves. Contact teleports the player straight into Purgatory.
