Opens Notepad or a real terminal and "types" a personal message.
Even rarer than the camera event, the DesktopWhisperEventManager opens either a fake Notepad window or a genuine command-line terminal on the player's computer, and "types" a personalized message into it.
When it opens the fake Notepad, the message includes a Google Drive link alongside the text. The link leads to a downloadable text file, Elias's last journal, which is password-protected. The password is 2013, the year Elias finished developing Integrion, and the year it broke loose on the server, the same code used to unlock the control block in Void Rooms.
