who_block

Breaking who_block immediately plays a HEARTBEAT sound, rebuilds the xxdye NBT structure at the break location, and starts an XXDye encounter sequence around the player, a teleporting, chasing phenomenon similar to the null variants.

This block is effectively the trap that summons XXDye, not a passive decoration.
