A plain item with no logic, no use(), no tooltip.
IT is a completely ordinary item with no logic attached, no use(), no tooltip, nothing. Its only role is cosmetic: the In Your Mind entity holds it in its right hand as an equipment-slot item, with 0% drop chance, so it never falls when the entity dies or despawns.
In a player's hand it does nothing special either. It is a pure display prop.
